Thank you ( I think!)  I bought 3 pair from the Catwalk place, 2 of which you suggested.  My charge card is just brimming with joy from all the spending, but I'm doing it all on myself.  Shame on me]

Who cares?  Go ahead and treat yourself, you can never have too many pairs of jeans (especially ones that make you feel like a million bucks!).  I can't imagine going back to normal flares, I feel like a tree-trunk in them now which is why I took a bunch of pairs to my tailor and had her match some of my straight leg skinny jeans and they rock!  It's like getting a bunch of new pairs for nothing.

Then you must get the skinny stretch straight leg, oh yes.  Nothing is a better feeling

...as long as you can wear them! Some women you see look like 40 pounds of sausage stuffed into a 20 pound casing. You have to be super skinny yourself to wear skinny jeans. The last airport I walked thru I saw women in jeans that should have been banned from wearing them.

There he is, Mr. Charming and uplifting.  What a pleasure.  Well, you certainly don't have to worry about me.  I love them because the others don't do me justice and I feel like they're spewing fabric on my skin.  You'll notice also that I ordered all six pair ON-LINE.  I was much too busy rubbing cream on myself and staring in the mirror to hop a plane to Australia for those last three pair.  Thanks again Vogue Baby!

I'm not a man on a woman's forum worrying about the jeans of women I not only will never meet, but who wouldn't be interested if I did.  And DO try to have a sense of humor, you're very defensive for someone who never has a nice thing to say

I agree , only tall"  & lean girls  in skinnys ...I also love wide leg jeans, for a casual , loose fit (like what Daria W wore walking  the street with that Josh guy) , I only wear skinnys with heels, so I get enough height to wear them ......

I'm thin with long legs, but while I don't think certain people should walk around in clothing that doesn't fit, I've seen shorter, heavier people in flares or looser clothing makes them look shorter and squater.  I think they should get pants that FIT, not squeeze themselves into a size 4 if they're a larger size as Andrew said.  Lets face it, if your rear is large, it's going to look large in flares as well

I apologize! I didn't see the sign that said "women only" when I entered this site. Ain't it great that on the web any woman can be a size 0? I thought there were a few guys posting here, which would suggest it is just a style board, not a women's style board.

You know what Andrew, let's just leave it alone.  You were the one posting calling people names and setting a tone.  Now it's silly.  Be as nasty as you want to be.  No matter what a persons size, that doesn't give you cause to goad and bait them.  One day you may hurt someone's feelings.
